The Morgan County Substance Abuse Network is a 23-year old substance abuse prevention community coalition serving Morgan County, Alabama. Its primary mission is to reduce and eliminate the causes and impact of substance abuse among youth. Its dual goals are to prevent and reduce substance abuse by youth and strengthen coummunity collaboration among community-based, private and governmental entities to prevent and reduce youth substance abuse.
